Going up and down the stairs is a really good cardio workout. If you could find some exercise bands you could use those for toning your arms and legs. Doing lunges and squats are also good. Can't think of anything else.
References :
what cardio workout can i do while babysitting a 91 yr old?
i am at work from 8am-9pm basically doing nothing all day cause all i do is babysit a 91 year old. There is only one tv in the living room (no vcr or dvd player), and i really wanna start doing some cardio workouts while im at work instead of eating and watching tv all the time. I cant do anything too loud though or she'll get upset, any suggestions?
something that would NOT require me to spend money on a machine of any kind... i'm talking 'around the house' cardio moves i can do
