What kind of cardio exercise can I do at home?

Usually I go on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes to an hour. Today, I’m not allowed on the treadmill so is there any cardio exercise I can do in my room? Blast some music and dance? Run in place?
I’m on a 1200-1400 calorie diet too.
Run in place, dance, jumping jacks, lye on your back and move your legs as if you were on a bike.

dancing is great! just keep moving for at least 20 minutes solid after you warm up. Or try a good exercise video. That’s what I am going to do. I like Denise Austin.
March in place. Not so fun, but still exercise.
