Any of them, just use interval training.
That is the fastest, most effective way to burn fat.

I think that I have seen that treadmills burn the most calories. But most of the time it is the person that is on the machine that burns calories, not the machine. It depends on your level of effort and ability.
In controlled studies they have found that the best combination is 20 minutes or so of weight lifting and then an intense aerobic activity. It usually doesn’t matter what machine you use, but how hard you push yourself.

I feel like I am getting the most out of my work out when I do the Eliptical Gliders or the Tread Climbers. I think the regular ole’ treadmills stink!

Probably rower.
Exercises all major muscle groups-arms/legs at the same time.-and weight bearing
This is assuming same duration of work and cadence.
jogger- legs primarily only and weight bearing
cycling- again legs and no weight bearing
Swimming although does not use a machine -total body-but again no weight bearing-less stress on joints

all depends on the effort you put into it really
HIIT as opposed to steady state cardio is better in the long run
