Running helps your abs A TON. If you run for about a half hour, then do your ab workout, you'll be building more muscle for your buck. Reason being after your running, you can take a break then do some ab workouts, take a break and finish up. But if you stop during running it screws everything up, and allows oxygen to regenerate everything so your like new. So in short Run then Workout.
