As far as I know its a sixteen minute cardio workout of maximum intensity, every day. But I’ve never been clear on whether one should do multiple sets, or any way to qualify what kind of intensity you should be achieving. Please help.

Max OT cardio is supposed to be done once a day. Not multiple sets. Check out this link to a website where they promote the Max OT program. There you will find exercise logs of some bodybuilders who are using the Max OT cardio program
