I like to do cardio workout for every 2-3 days i do free weight. Should i build muscle first then do cardio’? I want to be cut and lean at the same time.

No, thats definitely good! It’s not good to just do weights and no cardio. Doing both is highly reccomended!

You need the cardio to get throught the heavy lifting routines needed to pack on size, plus cardio helps with your vascularity ie veins. it keeps you in shape and keeps the muscle showing. hope i helped.
