If you are performing Low Intensity cardio, it&#039;s best to have your glycogen stores fairly low prior to your session.

I would set it up like this:

1st session - 20 mins a.m. fasted LI cardio

2nd session - 20 mins p.m. LI cardio with no carbs 2-3 hours prior to session

		<description>Given that it takes 10-15 minutes to get warmed up enough to go hard, that doesn&#039;t make much sense, plus you&#039;re taking twice as many showers, changing clothes twice and doing twice as much laundry.  Not very efficient if your whole objective is saving time.
