working out is a …
working out is a slow process,i’m not working out to get skinnier,but bigger and stronger.
it demands time and devotion.
but i’m growing!
so forget this ed contraption and do some research about training and nutrition:)

that can’t be called a workout at at all!
skip rope,running or jogging or martial arts is a good aerobic workout.
resistance traning w/ bodyweight for muscle:D
and most important….goood nutrition.
cardio twister is just a lie,don’t spend a lot of money on that !

i saw the thirty …
i saw the thirty minute infomercial for this and it was pretending like the people working on the commercial were getting ready to record and some studio guy was like “we’re on in five brenda” and she would be like “ok, be there in a minute”
this happened like twice and she said the exact same thing it was great

this machine feels …
this machine feels cheaply made. not really feeling too much and the dvd dsnt wk for me, so i dont know all the tricks to use during the workout. not really feeling too much in the abs, but my legs feel the burn…rated on a scale one to 10. 10 being the best, i would give it a 4

I also bought one …
I also bought one about a month ago. At first I thot this isn’t doing anything. But then realized, if its not doing anything why am I sweating like a race horse. It seems to be some isometeric training when going slower..contracting certain musles while moving..faster reps get your body burning. I can feel it in my abs. I would like to see a bigger model with the ability to do a bit deeper reps and turns…but I’m a medium size gal. Good product!

hi all, I have the old lat thigh trainer which is just the base without the twister and it was great, it was just missing something to hold onto, and I found it hard when I put weight back on. but I am allmost certain I am getting this new one as the last one made the world of difference on my bottom half

Hey, I wanted this too and almost ordered over the phone first time watching but I just googled and the bad remarks that turned up far outweighed the good. I read about 20 people with bad experiences, with every thing from really slow shipping even though paid extra to more serious stuff like the chain won’t stay on, parts not made right, ect. google before you buy this and read as much as you can, only about 3 folks said positive things that I read.

Is it worth the extra $30 to get the professional upgrade? Stronger steel construction. Extra $30 for a 6 year warranty. What do you think?

I am so discouraged by all the bad comments about the cardio twister. I didn’t know that there was a more updated and stronger machine than the one they advertised on the infomercial. I was wondering why I had not seen this commercial for awhile now. Now I know. I only see the one of the “ab circle.” I am so very very disappointed.

Why don’t the cardio twister company go to different states and let the people tryout the machine instead of limiting where they choose to go. Put one in some of the fitness stores so we can see how it works. I want to feel just how durable it is. I just hope it’s not made out of weak material. I like the way it looks, I just hope it’s not just a pile of junk!!!
