		<description>Congrats on ordering your system.  I have been doing P90X and LOVE it.  

You will need dumbbells or resistance bands for many of the exercises.  You will also need either a pull up bar or door attachment for your resistance bands.  Those are really the only things you absolutely need.  You may also want a Yoga mat, Yoga blocks, Heart rate monitor, and supplements.

I use primarily resistance bands and a pull up bar.  I never really like resistance and I definitely never liked pull ups. They both have given great results so go for it and give it your all and you will see results.  

Also start looking for an area that you are going to use to workout.  I usually have my basement but Plyo days you will need room to jump.  Let me know if you have any other questions&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
