Legs squats, lunges, calf raises

Bicep curls, tricep kickbacks

Abs just some cruches, bycle curls, leg raises

		<description>Walking is the very best exercise in every way.  Start with 10 minutes, and work up to as long and as fast as you want.  But you should always be able to carry on a conversation, or else you&#039;re overdoing it.
